How do the tours work?
After you email us about availability, we'll confirm dates and meet you at a designated location. We'll guide you through Munich and Bavaria, sharing local insights and taking you to both popular spots and hidden gems that most tourists miss.
What's included in the tour price?
For walking tours, everything is included. For full day trips, we include transit and entrance tickets (within reason - very expensive rentals, e-bikes, cars, or high-speed rail are not included). You cover your own meals and drinks.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Our base price covers up to 4 guests. For larger groups, we add €40 per additional guest for walking tours and €80 per additional guest for full day trips. Just let us know your group size when you email us.
What if the weather is bad?
We're locals and used to all kinds of weather! We'll dress appropriately and adjust indoor/outdoor activities as needed. If conditions are truly dangerous, we'll work with you to reschedule.
Do you offer tours outside of Munich?
Absolutely! Our full day trips can take you anywhere in Bavaria - Neuschwanstein, alpine lakes, medieval towns, or anywhere we've featured in our videos. Just let us know what interests you most.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as possible! We both have full-time jobs, so our availability can be limited, especially during peak tourist seasons. Email us with your preferred dates and we'll let you know what works.
What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a sense of adventure! For full day trips, we'll discuss any specific items you might need during our consultation call.
Can you customize the itinerary?
That's what we do best! Every tour is personalized based on your interests, mobility, and time constraints. For walking tours, add €60 for a 15-minute pre-consultation. Full day trips include a free 30-minute planning call.
